It's finally here!! The first day of Spring! I am ready for all the spring fruits and veggies to make their arrival at the farmer's market and the local grocery stores. I saw these plums at Trader Joe's yesterday and got so excited! I can't wait for pluots, apricots, figs...ahh the list goes on!
This plum-yogurt combination is perfect for breakfast, brunch or just a mid-afternoon snack.
Ingredients
2 red plums - sliced or chopped
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
A drizzle of honey
A sprinkle of cinnamon
Almonds or Walnuts (optional)
Steps
- Place yogurt in a bowl, add plums, drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon.
