The Mess I Make readers,

Devina and I met a few years ago and we connected right away. We started having lunch and shopping dates, we love watching rom-coms, we both enjoy popcorn and tea during movies, and share our love for Ryan Gosling. We grew closer and closer and next thing I know, I was part of her wedding this past September.

Devina makes great food whenever we have potlucks and this dish is certainly delicious! She posted a picture of Zucchini Crisps on Instagram and I fell in love with the idea. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

My hubby’s really good friend, Adil, is an engineer, a designer, a health buff, a table tennis guru and he’s just one of the nicest people we know. Beyond all that, he loves to cook and is an awesome baker. The two of us can endlessly talk about food, recipes, knives, chefs, restaurants, chocolate, etc. He made these cupcakes that I fell in love with. This has to be the best Red Velvet cakes I have ever had! It was so moist, not too sweet and the cream cheese frosting was perfect. Four Cheese Dip

Hello The Mess I Make followers,

I want to introduce my first guest blogger, Laura. I am so happy to have neighbors like Laura and her husband, Matt. We have so much in common and one of them being our love for cheese. Laura made this cheese dip for a game night we hosted at our apartment. Everyone fell in love with this dip! I got the recipe from her and made it for my co-workers for Halloween. I wasn't surprised that they wanted the recipe as well! I asked Laura to write this post and share her story. Hope to have her write more posts in the future.
