Good Morning! It's the weekend and we have some fun things planned. I am going to my first Bikram Yoga class this morning with my athletic and bubbly friend, Ellina. I have been hydrating myself and had this delicious power packed smoothie for breakfast.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup mangoes (chopped)
1 cup strawberries (chopped)
1/2 cup of Non-fat plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup Vanilla Soy milk (or regular milk)
1 1/2 cup regular milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
2-3 tsp raw cane sugar (you can adjust this to your taste)
Steps
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
(You can add more sugar, fruit or milk if you'd like. Just play around with the ingredients.)
Prep time 10-15 minutes | Blending time 2-3 minutes | Serves 2-4
